The church's first point of obedience is Discipleship before Ministry or church membership. we have believers who have found rest in their spirits but their soul has not taken the yoke to learn from him meekness, mercy, and all the beatitudes in Mathew chapter 5,6and 7, hence our soul is restless while still in the kingdom of Christ.

Discipling people to be like Christ is the our main focus and as a result we carry on discipleship trainings using the MMB (Milk Meat and Bones) formula for students who want to learn more about becoming like Christ.
Hebrews 5:12-14
12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Isaiah 28:9
Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts
Seeding Christ in the natural man (eph 2:2 ) and the formation of Christ in the soul of the believer (Gal 4:19)
Discipleship is a process where a (born again john 1:12 and 3:3 ) believer follows Jesus in order to learn of Him and be like Him in nature and character for effective service in the kingdom of God
